Configuration of personalized reminders in folders

The personalized reminders option allows the user to choose the recurrence of reminders in eZsign folders.

Configuration of personalized reminders in a folder type

From the Administration menu >> Select Folder Types >> Choose the folder type in which you want to modify the reminder recurrence.

• Click on Edit Folder Type.

• In the Reminders and Dates section, you will be able to modify the Reminder Frequency.

• The Personalized reminder configuration in folders allows you to set up two reminders. You can choose the number of Days before the first reminder is sent , as well as the number of Days between the following reminders , which determines the recurrence of the reminders.

• When you're finished, click Save to record your changes.

You will also have the option to configure reminders directly within a folder.

From the Administration menu >> Select eZsign Folders >> Choose the folder in which you want to modify the reminder recurrence.

• Click on Folder Actions , then select Edit eZsign Folder Information.

• You will then be able to select Personalized in the Reminder Frequency section.

• The Personalized reminder configuration in folders allows you to set up two reminders. You can choose the number of Days before the first reminder is sent , as well as the number of Days between the following reminders , which determines the recurrence of the reminders.

NOTE: The reminder frequency will apply only to this specific folder.
